How does QuitCarbon Demonstrate Their Skills and Commitments?
- We’ve developed a special presentation for climate-focused non-profits, community groups, and similar organizations - which we’ve presented many times, to rave reviews! Our first-ever presentation was recorded and shared by Climate Reality Bay Area.
- We won a Phase 1 prize in the US Department of Energy’s (DoE) Equitable and Affordable Solutions to Electrification (EAS-E) program - and are now collaborating closely with another one of the winners (Dayton Energy Collaborative, in Dayton, Ohio), plus numerous other non-profits across the USA, to bring affordable electrification and weatherization to their low-to-moderate income residents.
- QuitCarbon entered the DoE Buildings UP prize program with seven different teams, all of them on the equity track. The proposals were all similar in that we intend to utilize QuitCarbon's software platform and business process to make electrification more accessible and affordable for low-to-moderate income homeowners and small multifamily building owners.
- QuitCarbon continues to grow quickly - we are helping nearly 2,000 homeowners across California, with nearly 700 homes having received our free Electrification Roadmaps, and those homes have started nearly 200 electrification upgrade projects via our contractor referral and bid benchmarking service (heat pump water heaters, HVAC heat pumps, EV chargers, induction stoves, and more).
- QuitCarbon clients love our free service, as evidenced by our high NPS score of 64 (see benchmarks for NPS scores across numerous industries). We pay close attention to all the feedback we receive, and work hard to ensure that our score increases as we grow.
- We recently implemented a unique program to help renters in small multifamily buildings work with their landlords to affordably electrify.
- We’ve presented a 20-min info session on home electrification to more than 30 non-profit and community groups, to consistently glowing reviews!
- QuitCarbon has partnered with numerous non-profits, community groups, local governments, and others, including:
